What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst position at KNM Resources?
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process
• Assist in the consolidation and preparation of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow)
• Internal and external financial reports and statements
• Assist with SOX compliance for consolidations group
• Statutory reporting financial statement creation/audit support
• Preparation of annual goodwill impairment analysis
• Interfacing with contacts at both foreign and domestic divisions/subsidiaries
• Support processes that generate the periodic filings of Form 10Q and 10K to the SEC, and related requests from KPMG (external auditors)
• Work with various departments in obtaining documentation for journal entries and analysis
• Assist with ad hoc projects from management
