• Independently execute assigned audit activities and supervise audit team.
• Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Utilize analytical skills and investment product, industry and technical expertise to execute assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate, schedule, scope and lead team activities on audits, including large, cross-functional projects.
• Lead analysis of control deficiencies and expansion/refinement of documentation for complex control deficiencies to drive actionable business impact
Influence management on correctives actions and recommend audit rating.
Implement risk-based audit strategy.
• Exercise judgment and critical thinking to influence business partners.
• Identify control trends in assigned business areas, as well as impact to the business and the firm overall, by applying deep and broad business acumen.
• Coach/train team in execution of the audit.
