Responsibilities
- Advise senior management on departmental initiatives to enhance the technology footprint.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the company's newly implemented platform, supporting configuration, data integrity, and system enhancements.
- Drive technology implementations, upgrades, and integrations across Treasury, IT, and vendors.
- Improve system documentation, user guides, and controls.
- Identify manual treasury processes and lead automation using Power Automate and TMS workflows.
- Oversee project plans, stakeholder communication, and testing cycles for treasury initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to deliver real-time liquidity and KPI insights.
- Assess and deploy AI tools to improve operations, fraud detection, and decision-making.
- Provide treasury support, including backup for bank account administration, cash forecasting, liquidity, collateral, and payments.
- Review credit agreements and file compliance.
- Submission of withdrawal/transfer certificates and distribution certificates.
- Reconcile debt service payment amounts between bank invoices and internal schedules/calculations/systems.
- Maintain debt and cash-related information within the treasury management system.
- Interact with lenders and staff to answer questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Operations, or Capital Markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Accounting and Treasury modules).
- Working knowledge of accounting and treasury systems.
- CTP certification or pursuing designation.
- Involvement in system and process implementations.
- Exposure to automation tools and solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
