• Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q and10-K, including the completion of prime financial statements, footnotes, management discussion and analysis, and external auditor compliance checklists
• Utilize financial reporting software to create, maintain and update reporting templates and data queries.
• Assist in researching and determining the accounting for technical accounting issues, including new business acquisitions and divestitures and debt and equity transactions, through the use of research tools and relevant guidance and documenting the conclusions.
• Assist in researching reporting matters, accounting principles, and financial reporting rules.
• Assist in integrating new accounting guidance into accounting policies.
