Overview: Newly created position reporting to the CFO of a growing, stable and established investment company with AUM in the billions.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily reconciliation to Fund Administrator
• Assist in compliance monitoring for the funds
• Prepare information for quarterly Board of Trustees meetings
• Prepare month-end accounting records and regulatory reporting for broker dealer
• Prepare periodic accounting records and analysis Registered Investment Advisors and other affiliated entities.
• Interact with external audit and external tax
• Create and maintain reports to management
• Maintain adequate and concise documentation to support management review, including audit support.
• Assist in special projects as required
