We are looking to add a Senior Accountant to our team. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of building a more connected healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in our financial operations, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Conducting reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.
- Maintaining and balancing the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
- Performing all activities related to the accounts payable function, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
- Managing accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures, including bank and account reconciliations.
- Other financial duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
