• Review of subscription agreements
• Follow up with investors on missing documentation
• Complete KYC and AML on investors
• Carry out partner transfers and name changes
• Maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records
• Maintenance of bank accounts for funds assigned
• Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts
• Production of Partner Statements, Capital Calls, Distributions and correspondence
• Distribution of Partner Statements, Capital Calls, Distributions and correspondence
• Follow up with investors for payment on past due calls
• Update all contacts information in all systems
• Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls
