Overview: High profile role in top public accounting firm serving as manager in the international tax practice with an emphasis on the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities: • Perform a broad mix of US inbound and outbound middle market corporate tax planning and compliance • Cross border mergers and acquisition tax support • Assist US citizens with foreign income • US taxation of nonresident aliens • Support for individuals participating in the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program
