Knit have partnered with a creative agency that helps global brands earn the attention and devotion of young audiences by creating cultural relevance, sparking movements, and building brand communities that actually matter.
As they prepare for the next stages of growth, they’re hiring a highly motivated, commercially-minded, strategic individual to join their sales team.
They’re looking to hire an experienced SDR/BDR to focus on generating pipeline in the Enterprise and Mid-market segments. This person will kickstart their sales engine and open doors to the biggest brands in the world.
They have big plans for 2025 and beyond, and we’re excited to help them grow their team by looking for ambitious candidates with a proven track record of success.
Compensation (experience-dependent):
- Base: $60,000 - $80,000
- OTE: $85,000 - $105,000 (uncapped)
NOTE - This is a hybrid role, so you’ll have the chance to learn and collaborate with the team.
What you’ll do
They’re looking for a driven SDR/BDR to engage and build relationships within strategic accounts, helping to generate qualified opportunities for the Sales team. You’ll report to the Chief Growth Officer and will play a critical role in their growth story.
- Research, identify, and connect with decision makers at top brands.
- Uncovering and qualifying need, building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with a strong focus on Mid-market and Enterprise accounts.
- Outbound pipeline generation using your arsenal of calls, video, LinkedIn and emails to qualify prospects and book meetings (quality > quantity).
- Live and breathe youth culture, keeping your finger on the pulse of what’s next.
What you bring
- 12 months of experience generating outbound pipeline and a strong understanding of modern outbound strategies.
- A high-performing individual contributor in a sales team, preferably with an Agency/Tech/SaaS background.
- Experience navigating Enterprise accounts and well-versed in establishing relationships with all kinds of stakeholders and decision makers.
- Continuous improvement mindset and uses their initiative.
- Someone who is results-oriented, ambitious, builds trust and drives impact.
- Team player who celebrates wins together.
Interview process
- Intro call: Approx. 20-30 minutes. A chance to get to know each other and chat through your experiences, motivations, and goals.
- Meet the team: In-person/video call. Approx. 1 hour. A chance to get to know the team, make sure we're the right fit for you (and vice versa) and ask any outstanding questions
- Sales skills assessment. Approx 30-45 minutes. A chance to dig deeper into your sales experience and show off what you know.
