This is your chance to be part of a high-performance, rapidly scaling tech company that’s changing the world—one robot at a time.
About the Role: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor—someone equally comfortable collaborating with our CEO on high-level initiatives and working hands-on with our cross-functional teams to execute with precision.
In this high-impact role, you’ll drive company-wide projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution excellence. You’ll lead systems and processes deployments, manage multiple concurrent projects, and keep all stakeholders engaged, accountable, and informed—from Marketing and Operations to Engineering, Service, and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured chaos—balancing rapid execution with methodical follow-through. You’ll be the central orchestrator making sure nothing slips through the cracks and that every initiative is tracked, resourced, and completed on time. If you’re the type who loves lists, deadlines, and ensuring accountability at all levels, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from scoping and resource planning to execution and delivery across diverse functional teams.
- Define and track project KPIs, timelines, and post-mortems to ensure delivered work aligns with strategic business value and ROI.
- Translate strategic company goals into clear project plans with KPIs and actions for every team’s execution.
- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent cross-functional projects —from national ASR deployments to software/hardware integrations—while maintaining impeccable oversight.
- Provide continuous status visibility to the CEO and executive team; serve as the single source of truth and accountability for project health, risks, roadblocks, and results. Facilitate cross-functional communication between Marketing, Sales, Ops, Engineering, Client Success, and external partners.
- Champion agile and lean project management methodologies while adapting to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify project blockers and course-correct in real time, while balancing speed and sustainability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, schedules, workflows, and centralized documentation systems to keep everyone on the same page.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Proven track record managing large-scale and multi-disciplinary projects from concept through execution.
- Ability to navigate seamlessly between executive-level strategy and tactical day-to-day execution.
- Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, or Notion) and reporting systems.
- Strong stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills; can lead by influence across teams.
- High emotional intelligence, decisiveness, and a bias for action.
- Experience managing projects in hardware-software integrated environments, especially robotics, IoT, or autonomous systems.
- Bachelor’s degree and PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications required.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in public safety, security technology, or enterprise SaaS/hardware deployments.
- Familiarity with government contracts, field services coordination, or compliance-heavy industries.
- Previous role in a founding or early-stage team where you helped build internal processes from scratch.
- Exposure to AI, operations, or autonomous systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Slack-based task management and real-time communications in distributed teams.
