Job Summary
The RTX Specialist plays a critical role in delivering real-time security monitoring and operational support for Knightscope clients. This position is responsible for monitoring alerts, analyzing data, producing reports, identifying and responding to potential threats, and helping advance projects by solving problems as they arise. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated by helping shape the future of security technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous alert and machine monitoring to ensure high-quality security coverage and customer service for Knightscope clients
- Identify, assess, and respond to security threats in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze system data and generate clear, accurate reports for internal teams and external customers
- Proactively identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve RTX department performance
- Support ongoing projects by troubleshooting issues and assisting with process improvements
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently when required
- Maintain flexibility to cover shifts as needed to ensure uninterrupted monitoring services
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with others
- Organized, curious, and willing to learn
- Computer and internet proficiency
- Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed
- Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment (preferred but not required)
- Background in customer service
- A strong desire to help build the future of security
