We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and executing our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and more.
You will serve as a key voice of Knights of the Attic—creating engaging content, responding to comments and conversations, and helping build a strong, recognizable brand that educates homeowners while reinforcing our mission of slaying Attic Dragons.
This is a hands-on role that requires both creative production skills and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Nextdoor, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, short-form video, and written posts.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online conversations in a timely and professional manner.
- Help drive customer reviews and respond appropriately to any comments or feedback.
- Learn and understand company services to communicate effectively with customers.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement Collaborate with internal team members to capture real job-site and customer content.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar Track performance metrics and optimize content based on results Assist in developing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Represent Knights of the Attic professionally at all times.
