This position is responsible for all materials and tools procurement, inventory
management, vendor management, fleet management and facility management. You will
be responsible for supervising the company’s warehouse personnel.

- Procurement and Purchasing -
- Create, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs) for:
ii. Job-specific materials (based on design team / install scope)
iii. Fleet / Trailer inventory
- Ensure accurate material ordering aligned with:
ii. Install Schedules
ii. ServiceTitan job scope
- Track order status, backorders, and lead times.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prevent stockouts and over-ordering.
- Vendor Management and Cost Control
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Source and evaluate multiple suppliers for key materials.
- Perform price comparisons and cost analysis.
- Negotiate:
ii. Job kitting
iii. Bulk discounts
iv. Delivery times
- Establish preferred vendor list.
- Monitor Vendor Performance (pricing, reliability, quality).
- Inventory Planning and Optimization
- Set and Maintain min/max inventory levels for stocked items.
- Forecast materials needs based on:
ii. Scheduled installs.
- Reduce dead stock and obsolete materials.
- Improve inventory turns and cash flow.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and report variance.
- Ensure install crews have sufficient back-up stock on trailers to minimize job
- PO and Financial Tracking
- Track all POs from creation to fulfillment to invoicing.
- Reconcile:
- Work with accounting on:
ii. Job costing
- Maintain clean, accurate procurement records.
- Monitor material cost trends and report variances.
- Fleet Management and Maintenance
installation activity.
- Manage new fleet additions:
ii. Purchasing new trailers, and
iii. Scheduling installation of shells, wraps, ladder racks, and outfitting.
- Track fleet maintenance schedules (oil changes, tires, repairs).
- Coordinate repairs with vendors/mechanics.
- Maintain fleet records (costs, service history, downtime).
- Optimize vehicle lifecycle and replacement planning.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with:
ii. Design team (for job materials)
iii. Install supervisors (for accuracy and readiness)
- Drive reduction of time between job design and 100% materials readiness for
- Systems and Process Management
- Set-up and manage ServiceTitan procurement system.
- Build standardized processes for:
ii. Receiving - per job and for stock
iii. Issuing from stock
iv. Returns
v. Inventory count
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Risk Management and Quality Control
- Ensure materials meet quality standards
- Maintain backup suppliers for critical materials
- Minimize risk of job delays due to material issues
