Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Disc Jockey (DJ) to bring vibrant entertainment and lively atmospheres to a variety of events. As a DJ, you will curate music playlists, engage with audiences, and create memorable experiences through expert audio mixing, crowd interaction, and seamless event coordination. Responsibilities

• Curate engaging music playlists tailored to the event’s theme and audience preferences, ensuring a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Operate and manage all event audio equipment, including sound systems, microphones, and lighting setups, to deliver high-quality sound and visual effects.
• Mix music live using audio mixing techniques to maintain energy flow and adapt to crowd reactions in real-time.
• Interact actively with guests through public speaking, announcements, and crowd engagement to foster a fun and inclusive environment.
• Coordinate with event organizers or clients to understand their needs, preferences, and special requests for each event.
• Set up and break down all event audio-visual equipment safely, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience as a DJ or in a similar role involving music selection, DJing, or live sound mixing.
• Strong knowledge of music genres, mixing techniques, and audio equipment operation.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to speak confidently in front of diverse audiences.
• Experience managing event lighting equipment and coordinating audio-visual components for live events.
• Demonstrated ability to interact positively with crowds through public speaking and crowd interaction strategies.
• Technical proficiency in operating sound systems, lighting equipment, and related technology required for live events.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as dancing during performances or heavy lifting of equipment when setting up or breaking down gear.
