- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or a related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
