You will be planning and preparing production schedules for the manufacturing of KV’s industrial and commercial products.
- Draws up production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet in stock dates as determined by the inventory stocking plan
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times
- Communicates with department supervisors to determine status of the current schedule and optimization of the upcoming schedule
- Maintains inventory levels for assigned value streams
- Prepares production reports and purchase orders to obtain materials
- At least 2 years of planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
- College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Effective communication skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of organization
- Strong ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred)
