ENTRY LEVEL BILLING ASSOCIATE – PHILADELPHIA, PA

KEY AREAS
- Responsible for timely and accurate billing of assigned clients and completing all invoice functions for those clients
- Responsible for report generation, analysis, distribution and providing status updates to the billing staff and management
- Responsible for updating and maintaining client websites with accurate information
- Responsible for assisting with the daily invoice import files
- Responsible for assisting with service transfer processing
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate; post High School coursework preferred; high Grade Point Average
- Prior office, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable/payable experience a plus
- Must possess strong organization, communication, problem-solving & computer skills including MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Deadline oriented, responsible, reliable, strong work ethic with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Must be an individual performer as well as a team player willing to assist teammates as needed
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing and growing environment
