• Introduce customers to available wireless, internet, and home service options based on their needs.
• Explain current pricing, promotions, and product features in a clear and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Complete customer enrollments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Create positive customer experiences through friendly, professional communication.
• Maintain knowledge of Verizon products, service updates, and new promotions.
• Support daily team objectives while working toward individual performance goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and completed enrollments while following company procedures.
