Job Description

This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. The primary job responsibilities of Bistro Attendant include, but are not limited to, accepting orders and payments for guests, food preparation, mastering Starbucks coffee drinks, and taking great care of our guests.

As a front desk, you are responsible in checking in guests, handling their requests, and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts.
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays.
• Part-Time available but Full-Time preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous food & beverage experience a plus but not required.
• You must be drug-free.
