About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting customers with shipping-related questions and resolving issues while providing essential support to the sales team. You’ll help ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and timely problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer shipping issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Track shipments, manage claims, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Research and resolve shipping discrepancies using internal tools and resources.
- Communicate updates clearly to customers and internal team members.
- Develop knowledge of UPS and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer relationships and day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to providing excellent service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, logistics, or shipping experience is a plus.
