Overview
KLS is seeking a
dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving
family medicine practice in Snellville, GA. This role is ideal for a provider

balance. You will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse
patient population, focusing on preventative health, chronic disease
management, and acute care.

designated for administrative tasks, follow-ups, or telehealth, providing

- Established Patient Base: Manage a steady daily volume of
approximately 25 patients, supported by a
professional clinical and administrative team.
Primary
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and
patient screenings.
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and
manage chronic conditions (Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.).
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
such as X-rays and lab work.
- Prescribe medications and other treatment
modalities within the scope of practice.
- Counsel patients and families on preventative
healthcare and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health
records (EHR).
Candidate
Requirements
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of
Georgia.
- Certification: Board Certified (AANP or ANCC).
- Experience: Previous experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is
preferred, but highly motivated recent graduates with strong clinical
rotations may be considered.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- DEA: Current DEA registration for controlled substances.
