- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Track action items and follow-ups
- Organize and prioritize incoming emails and requests
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Support CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
🔹 Requirements:
- 3 years experience as an executive or administrative assistant
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
