The Opportunity:
Long's is hiring two Area Managers to champion the success of its store network, reporting directly to the President and partnering closely with Ownership to drive sales performance, profitability, and an exceptional client experience. Both roles call for a visible, hands-on leader who thrives on the sales floor — coaching Store Managers in real time, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting relationships with clients and staff alike.
Area Manager — oversees multiple Long's locations across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Area Manager, Boston Boutiques — leads Long's flagship Boston boutique locations, championing luxury service standards and clienteling excellence.
Qualifications:
5 years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience within luxury retail, fine jewelry, hospitality, or another highly relationship-driven environment.
Demonstrated success developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and improving business performance across multiple locations.
Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence at every level of an organization.
Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, clienteling, CRM systems, and sales leadership.
High integrity, professionalism, humility, and an unwavering commitment to earning trust through actions.
Estimated Base Salary: $175,000–$225,000 plus bonus opportunity
