Warehouse Supervisor – Tuffy's Treat Company
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $55,000-$65,000
- Bonus: $2000 first year bonus, paid quarterly

What We Are Looking For
We're now hiring a Warehouse Supervisor who will work closely with our Warehouse Manager and Production Support Manager. You will be responsible for arranging and overseeing all incoming ingredients, packaging, and equipment. You will be responsible for accurate and efficient execution of shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control activities.
Essential Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Direct and prioritize work assignments for material handlers to meet production, shipping, and receiving schedules
- Ensure shipping, receiving, and material movement activities are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor FIFE (First In First Expire) compliance and proper storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Verify accuracy of inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System and related systems
- Complete and review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Support production operations by ensuring timely delivery of components and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or issues to management
- Enforce warehouse policy & procedure, safety rules, GMPSs, and company policies
- Train new and existing employees on warehouse procedures and equipment
- Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance to warehouse personnel as needed
- Track attendance, overtime, and time-off requests for assigned employees and communicate to management
- Communicate daily tier meetings and assist with reporting operational metrics
- Assist with internal audits, GMP walk-throughs, and corrective actions as directed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-4 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control
- Understanding of FIFO, lot tracking, and GMP requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed
- Forklift Certification
- General mathematical ability
- Self-motivated
- Teamwork, work closely with and cooperate with others
- Takes initiative, works independently and acts proactively
- Strong problem solving and judgment skills
- Competent computer skills with Microsoft Office
