Office Administrator - Kline Auto World
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented office administrator. This role handles a variety of day-to-day dealership office duties to help keep operations running smoothly. This could be a part time or full time position depending on the person.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office and administrative tasks
- Assist with title work as needed
- Balance and reconcile daily deposits
- Provide professional customer service
- Help with accounts receivable
- Maintain and clean up schedules
- Fill in for receptionist as needed
- Cover receptionist desk when receptionist is on break
Qualifications:
- CDK DMS experience is preferred
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and balancing accounts
- Proficient with computers and office software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
