About us
We are Minnekyda Acuherb Center, a holistic wellness and Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic serving the West Metro. Our small clinic was started in 2019 and has grown tremendously in the last few years. We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to support the growth of the clinic. A successful Office Administrator will not only fulfill the assigned responsibilities but also play an active role in business development.
Responsibilities
A successful assistant will:
- manage client intake
- be friendly and informative to all clients
- schedule future appointments
- maintain a professional and clean working environment
- assist in operations
- process customer payments
- answer frequently asked questions
- be open to learning more about Traditional Chinese Medicine
Qualifications
Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with technology is preferred.
Must have a desire to help people.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
