What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airbnb Cleaner / Growth Operator position at Kleros Hospitality?
High-Upside Opportunity with Long-Term Leadership Potential
Kleros Hospitality LLC | Upstate, South Carolina
--
Kleros is looking for a high-performance Airbnb Cleaner / Growth Operator to join our growing short-term rental and hospitality platform.
This is not a basic cleaning position, This is not a third-party vendor relationship, and it is not the right fit for someone who simply wants to show up, finish a task, and go home.
We are building something special.
Our parent company's existing portfolio provides a strong foundation, but we are thinking much bigger than just maintaining properties. We are growing across multiple verticals and looking for the right people to grow with us — people who care about excellence, move with urgency, are obsessed with details, and want a real chance to help build something meaningful over time.
We want someone who is coachable, hungry, team-oriented, and willing to step up wherever needed to help us scale.
Most importantly:
We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard over the next 60–90 days to help us strengthen operations, support growth, and protect the standard of the brand as we continue expanding.
For the right person, this is not just a role. It is a real opportunity to grow into leadership, increase earning potential, expand influence, help build new verticals of the business, and potentially earn a much bigger seat at the table over time.
If you have ever wanted the chance to help grow something special instead of just working another job, this may be for you.

Application Question(s):
- We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard over the next 60–90 days as we strengthen operations, support growth, and scale new parts of the business. Why does that kind of opportunity interest you, and what would make you go all-in during that season?
- Tell us about a time you noticed a problem at work that technically was not your responsibility. What did you do, and what was the outcome?
- Walk us through your cleaning process from arrival to final walkthrough. Be specific. How do you balance speed, consistency, and attention to detail while still meeting a high standard?
- In a guest-facing property, what does “guest-ready” mean to you, and what small details do you always check before leaving?
- Are you comfortable stepping into urgent situations or last-minute needs when necessary to protect the team and guest experience? Tell us about a time you had to respond under pressure and still maintain quality.
- Do you currently clean independently, subcontract, or manage any clients of your own? If yes, briefly describe that experience and whether you would be open to growing under a larger platform with more support, structure, and upside.
- Where do you see yourself in the next 2–3 years? Are you looking for just a job, or are you looking for an opportunity to grow into leadership, expanded responsibility, and potentially a bigger role inside a growing company? Explain.
- This role may grow into leadership, team development, networking, and helping us expand into other verticals of the business. What about that kind of opportunity is most appealing to you?
- Are you willing and able to travel throughout the Upstate — including Cherrydale, West Greenville, Simpsonville, and Spartanburg — and do you believe you are a strong long-term fit for a team that values alignment, trust, coachability, and high standards? Why?
