What We’re Looking For
Team members must:
- Be dependable and punctual
- Have a positive, can-do attitude

- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
- Have a smartphone with calling, texting, and data capabilities
- Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks including:
> Standing up to 8 hours
> Walking stairs
> Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Schedule Options
We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Cleaning Technicians with availability that falls during:
Daytime: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Daytime: Saturday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay & Compensation
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Increase to $17.00 per hour within 3 months (based on performance and attendance)
Top pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
Paid weekly via direct deposit (every Wednesday)
Travel pay – see below
Service Area & Travel Expectations
Office located in Seneca, SC
We service locations within 30 miles of the office
Must be able to travel up to 35-40 minutes one-way per day
We schedule efficiently and typical travel is less, but you must be able to travel
Travel Pay
$12.00 per hour while driving between jobs
Daily gas stipends based on miles driven each day (from job to job):
0–10 miles: $5
11–20 miles: $10
21–35 miles: $15
36–50 miles: $20
51 miles: $25
