Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dust-free, and organized according to company standards
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest turnover
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning when necessary
- Manage kitchen cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, appliance wiping, and surface disinfecting.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with homeowners about their cleaning preferences or special requests
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in all spaces
