Duties

• Travel in your own vehicle is required and non negotiable.
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and other designated spaces
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry services to meet client expectations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring all areas are hygienic
• Manage household chores efficiently, including organizing clutter for a tidy environment
• Handle custodial responsibilities with professionalism, including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is highly preferred
• Experience with commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning enhances your suitability for this role
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning supplies ensures quality service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and manage custodial responsibilities with attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor are essential for building client trust
• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping can provide valuable insights into maintaining high cleanliness standards

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
