Maid In Heaven LLC Cleaning services is seeking a dependable individual to join our growing residential cleaning team on a part-time, as-needed basis with potential growth as the business expands. Hours may vary depending on client demand to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene of private homes. In this vital role, you will ensure that each residence is kept in pristine condition, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. Reliable transportation is required to travel to and from various cleaning locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, bedding, and surface sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality.
• Manage outdoor work tasks including patio cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required.
• Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks like moving furniture or large items safely.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures, including the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as wood, tile, glass, marble granite, and upholstery is essential.
• Experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior surface maintenance tasks.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients at all times.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
