Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors while directing them to the appropriate department
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform waiting room checks to ensure service customers are comfortable
- Schedule service appointments and conduct customer follow-up calls
- Process and distribute dealership paperwork to the appropriate personnel
- Scan completed service department documents
- Coordinate and process rental vehicle agreements
- Audit rental vehicle paperwork and inspect rental vehicles
- Fuel and park customer and rental vehicles
- Perform general clerical duties and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Schedule
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess most of the following:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred for moving customer and rental vehicles)
