Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team at Klein Automotive in Clintonville, WI. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing parts inventory and providing exceptional service to our customers, contributing directly to our mission of delivering outstanding automotive solutions. This position has the potential to earn commissions!
Responsibilities
- Manage parts inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing necessary parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of parts transactions and inventory control.
- Process orders and manage returns as needed.
- Stay updated on new products and industry trends.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to work on the computer and proficiency in Microsoft.
- Familiarity with retail sales processes is preferred.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems is a plus.
