The YMCA of Klamath Falls seeks a motivated Part Time Member Services Specialist for The YMCA of Klamath Falls Alameda location. The position will be responsible for delivering excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Engages and builds relationships . Greets and assists all members, potential members, program participants and staff in a courteous, professional and friendly manner. Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues. Enters data correctly and efficiently into YMCA data system. Receives and enters payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Enforces all YMCA facility procedures/policies.
Applicants should have computer experience, including Word and Excel.
