We're hiring dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and want a stable, year-round career. No CDL or delivery experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Pay & Schedule
- Earn $50,000–$55,000 annually
- Daily pay of $180–$200
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Paid training at your full daily rate
- Full-time position
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Thursday and Saturday off
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Routes average approximately 7 hours
- Deliver approximately 100–150 stops per day
- Average route of approximately 110 miles
- Home every day

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Load and organize packages for efficient delivery
- Follow an assigned route using GPS and handheld scanners
- Complete daily vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Able to pass a Federal DOT drug screen (including marijuana)
- Able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
- Able to lift and deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds using a hand truck or dolly when necessary
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Previous experience is a plus but not required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:
