Pay & Schedule

• Earn $65,000–$70,000 annually
• $250 per day after training
• Paid training at $20.00 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Full-time position
• Start time: 8:30 AM
• Routes average approximately 8 hours
• Deliver approximately 90 stops per day
• Home every day

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages to residential and rural customers
• Delivery trucks are preloaded each morning, allowing you to focus on your route
• Follow an assigned delivery route efficiently and safely
• Load, unload, and organize packages as needed
• Complete delivery documentation and vehicle inspections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• Able to pass a Federal DOT drug screen (including marijuana)
• Able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
• Able to regularly lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Previous experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:
