We're hiring dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and want a stable, year-round career. No CDL or delivery experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Pay & Schedule
- Earn $50,000–$55,000 annually
- Approximately $200 per day
- Paid training at $15.00 per hour
- Full-time position
- Five days per week (one weekend day required)
- Start time: 8:30 AM
- Routes average approximately 8 hours
- Deliver approximately 90 stops per day
- Home every day
- Additional hours may be available

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Delivery trucks are preloaded each morning, allowing you to focus on your route
- Follow an assigned route while providing outstanding customer service
- Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient delivery
- Complete delivery documentation and daily vehicle inspections
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
- Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Able to pass a Federal DOT drug screen (including marijuana)
- Able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
- Able to lift and deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds using a hand truck or dolly when necessary
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Previous experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants with experience in:
