- What You'll Do:**

- Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain targeted occupancy.

- What We're Looking For:**
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in property management.
- Recommended certifications such as CAM or ARM.
- Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Commitment to ongoing training in fair housing, section 42, and leasing.
