• What You'll Do:**
• Lead property operations and guide your team to success.
• Develop and manage annual budgets while maintaining occupancy levels.
• Oversee the hiring, performance, and development of staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, manage rent collection, and handle delinquent accounts.
• Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain targeted occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance and community relations, ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents.
• Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to achieve budgetary goals.
• What We're Looking For:**
• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management.
• Recommended certifications such as CAM or ARM.
• Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
