KVH Orthopedics is a multi-provider clinic that employs Orthopedic Surgeon and Physician Assistants. This position is for full-time employment (but could be a flexible FTE) that will be split between the outpatient clinic and the operating room.

Job Description

Qualifications
- Completion of the appropriate License or Certification (MD/DO)
- Completion of residency.
- Washington State License
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- DEA & NPI
- ACLS (maintenance required)
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
