Territory Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment
Location: Marysville, WA Kitsap Tractor & Equipment is hiring a territory sales manager for our Marysville location. We’re a family-owned and operated dealership with over 30 years in business, and we continue to grow in a strong, expanding market. We’re looking for someone with real sales experience who can build relationships, manage opportunities, and close deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Sell new full line Hitachi and Kubota equipment, along with quality used inventory
• Work with a mix of contractors, homeowners and municipalities.
• Handle a large territory North of Seattle to the canadian border.
• We invest heavily in a wide range of advertising and lead generation, so you’ll be working with a steady flow of inbound customers and cold calling
• Quote equipment, follow up on opportunities, and close deals
• Maintain product knowledge across multiple equipment lines
Equipment You’ll Be Selling
• Kubota: tractors, excavators, track loaders, mowers, and wheel loaders
• Hitachi: excavators and wheel loaders
• Used equipment: a steady flow of trade-ins and inventory
• Attachments: hammers, augers, compactors, mowers, and more
What We’re Looking For
• Prior sales experience required (equipment or related industry preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly with both contractors and municipalities
• Strong follow-up and organization skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team
