Parts & Service Manager

Kitsap Tractor & Equipment is a family-owned heavy equipment dealership serving Western Washington since 1995. We represent Hitachi and Kubota equipment and are looking for an experienced Parts & Service Manager to lead our Silverdale parts & service operations.
This position is responsible for the overall performance of the parts and service departments, including customer satisfaction, profitability, workflow, inventory management, technician productivity, and staff development. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership to improve operations and support continued company growth.
We're looking for someone with:
• Previous management experience in a heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, truck, or industrial dealership.
• Experience overseeing both parts and service operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• An understanding of dealership profitability, inventory control, shop efficiency, and customer service.
• The ability to build processes, develop employees, and drive results.
