Associate , Warehouse Operation

Job Description Summary

The Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily distribution center activities including

receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and value-added

services. This role operates within an automation-enabled warehouse environment and

ensures compliance with retailer and system requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Receive inbound RFID shipments and verify against ASN/PO documentation

 Perform putaway and bin transfers in WMS (Manhattan SCALE or similar)

 Pick, pack, and label orders according to retailer and compliance requirements

 Support automated systems (AutoStore, sortation) as assigned

 Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives

 Follow retailer routing guides (Walmart OTIF, Walgreens Ulta, CVS, Beauty supplies)

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

 Picking accuracy ≥ 99.5%

 Inventory accuracy ≥ 99%

 Units per hour productivity targets

 Zero compliance chargebacks

 OTIF support adherence

Qualifications

 1 year warehouse experience preferred

 Exposure to automation systems (AutoStore, sortation) preferred

 Basic understanding of retailer compliance requirements

 Familiarity with WMS transactions

 SAP knowledge

 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
