Sales Order And Return Process
- Adjusting orders when inquired by Salesman or Customers.
- Real time monitoring/processing for sales mobile orders and inputting manual orders received via Email, Fax, or Phone).
- Canada orders and Grand opening order process.
- Checking back orders and the status of orders.
- Sales return order review and billing process.
- Online (Ivykiss.com) Inquiries/Assistance
- Reporting Shortages and Damages, processing credit or replacement orders
- Carrier Claim and Shipment Tracking:
- Resolving shipping issues due to UPS or truck deliveries and carrier claims
Monthly pending sales orders and sales return
