Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse floor operations including automated workflows
Manage labor allocation based on workload and automation throughput
Ensure compliance with retailer programs (Walmart OTIF, Ulta, CVS, etc.)
Monitor WMS transactions aligned with SAP delivery order types
Drive continuous improvement in automation utilization
Analyze KPI performance and implement corrective actions
Coach supervisors and associates
Performance Metrics
OTIF ≥ 98%
Labor cost per unit
Automation uptime and throughput alignment
Inventory accuracy ≥ 99.5%
Chargeback reduction
Qualifications
3–5 years warehouse leadership experience
Experience with automation systems (AutoStore, sortation, robotics)
Knowledge of SAP, WMS, WES systems and intregration
Experience with retailer compliance programs

The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
