Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product development process for professional eyelash products (concept → development → launch)
- Conduct market and trend research to identify new product opportunities in the professional beauty space
- Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies to inform product positioning
- Work closely with R&D to translate product concepts into viable designs and specifications
- Coordinate with factories and vendors on sampling, revisions, and production timelines
- Assist in developing product briefs, positioning, and launch plans
- Ensure product quality, brand consistency, and performance standards are met
- Support online channel readiness, including product information, assets, and content alignment
- Track development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Cosmetics, or related field
- Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in product development, product management, or beauty industry preferred
- Experience in cosmetics, lashes, or related beauty categories is a plus
- Experience working with factories or vendors is a plus
- Understanding of eyelash products and professional beauty market
- Experience with e-commerce / online product launches
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) or similar processes
- Basic knowledge of product testing, quality control, and packaging development
