DUTIES: -Research on wide variety of legal issues related to commercial real estate and land use planning issues, including the acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties. -Summarize research and draft legal opinions. -Draft and review legal documents for the acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of real property. -Ensure professional development by working and counseling with their assigned mentor, attending all firm sponsored Associate and general attorney training, and complying with all CLE requirements of the Utah State Bar Association after admission to the bar. -Client correspondence. -Communicate clearly and often with supervising attorneys. Discuss legal research and opinion projects and ask questions and request clarification when needed.

- Must be an active member of the Utah State Bar, an active member of another state bar and be willing to take the Utah Bar exam as soon as it is offered next, or have taken the Utah Bar exam and be awaiting admission. -Must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
