What You’ll Do As a Quality Specialist
In this role, you will assist the quality department in maintaining continuous improvement initiatives and sustaining quality certifications.
You’ll
- Perform data entry of quality systems information
- Assists in training to production employees
- Supports departments to help improve quality, equipment and inspection of products.
- Collaborates with suppliers on quality improvement
- Analyzes material and final inspections for rejected parts
- Inspects raw and finished materials
- Analyzes and understands prints and specifications accurately
- College level coursework or related field or 2 years Quality work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adaptability to changing priorities
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environments
- Travel occasionally for training or customer visits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
