Job Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service resulting in excellent stakeholder experiences
- Manage to all office procedures established by Principal and Director of Operations
- Assist with providing relevant, school-based information to students, parents, and team members
- Support Director of Campus Operations and Principal with calendaring, messages, scheduling, etc.
- Ensure office is well organized and well maintained
- Manage meetings and appointment calendar
- Manage office supply inventory, and purchase needed supplies upon approval
- Serve as the point of contact for office equipment repairs and service technician requests
- Provide general administrative support to school operations and leadership team

- Manage income receipt process
- Ensure daily reconciliation of all income receive

- Execute assigned safety and compliance duties as assigned
- Deploy janitorial staff to address concerns related to campus cleanliness or event logistics
- Assist in addressing student medical concerns as well as responding to and reporting medical incidents appropriately, (i.e. student mobility - elevator keys, injured students)
- Conduct daily office walk-through

- Support all student enrollment and registration activities
- Assist with monitoring students sent to the office due to illness, discipline/behavioral reasons or who have not been picked up on time

- Recruit, coordinate and manage volunteers
- Recruit and manage student ambassadors and student office assistants
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with developing and maintaining productive working relationships students, parents, staff, and community members
- Ability to work as a leader and as part of a team

- Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through
