This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Queens, NY. The Physical Therapist will provide personalized, high-quality care to patients by conducting in-home or on-location sessions. Responsibilities include evaluating patients' needs, developing tailored rehabilitation plans, delivering physical therapy treatments, and tracking progress to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaboration with the clinical team and maintaining accurate documentation are also integral aspects of the role.
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
