We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project teams with administrative, documentation, and coordination efforts from pre-construction through project closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Document Coordination
- Assist with routing contracts for internal and external signatures
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Prepare and track submittal packages, RFIs, and transmittals
- Maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending items and approvals
- Distribute updated plans and documents to project teams and subcontractors
- Ensure field teams are working from the most current drawings and specifications
- Assist in gathering and organizing subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Support purchase order and subcontract documentation tracking
- Maintain updated vendor and subcontractor contact lists
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project needs
- Assist with scheduling coordination, meeting notes, and tracking project milestones
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with jobsite documentation, reporting, and data entry as needed
- Support onboarding documentation and compliance tracking for subcontractors

- 2 years of experience in the construction industry or project coordination role preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Basic understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with field and office teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction management software is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within a team-oriented, employee-owned company
